(just a small bowl with cheddar cheese grated on top)

(finished up the last of this batch)

leftover stewed apples and dates
(nice and hot with yoghurt and ground flax seed on top, YUM!)

(made a new batch with a bag of spinach, two cups of water,
half a cucumber, two bananas, two apples (peel on), two pears: put all
into blender or food processor and blend until fairly smooth and enjoy!)
